Therapeutic Journaling for
Empowerment, Freedom and Healing 

Keeping a journal (or diary) has long been known to have beneficial effects.
Journaling with a purpose, using targeted techniques is scientifically proven to bring about lasting positive change. Whether you want to bring the Power of Journal Therapy into your own life, or if you are a therapist wishing to learn how to bring Journal Therapy to your practice to benefit your clients, this course is designed for you.

The course is run via Zoom in three parts on three consecutive Wednesday evenings:
Wed 4th  August   6pm - 8pm
Wed 11th August  6pm - 8pm
Wed 18th August  6pm - 8pm  (UK Time)

 

Each part will be recorded and participants will have lifetime access to the recordings, links and accompanying notes. The notes will be available to download from the webpage.

There will also be an opportunity for participants to join in bonus sessions to discuss the journaling exercises that will be given as part of each session. These bonus sessions will also be recorded and made available.
