Don't you wish those negative, limiting beliefs about food and eating were just like soap bubbles and you could simply pop them - and they'd be gone, no longer able to hold you back from achieving your weight and size and eating goals?
Here's a reminder that it's easy to pop those bubbles. They only have power in your imagination!
While I'm not trying to hypnotize you in this recording, please be sure not to listen while you're driving or operating any machinery... because, well, you never know... 😀
Day 2
People so often tell me why their weight problem is special, too big, to unusual, too unique to be solved. And that's a limiting belief right there. I've heard all the reasons for being overweight. Even the "unique" ones I've heard time and time again. People truly are caught in this spiral of belief that is a prison, holding them back from the freedom to be who they really want to be. This recording releases YOU from that prison once and for all.
As ever, you should not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery of any kind. Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. And enjoy...

Today's recording is designed to release your hypnotic trance connection with your bathroom scales. They are your enemy, as you'll see.
I'm also introducing the concept of your "anchor," a quick and easy physical technique that you can use to turn a negative emotion into a positive one in just a second.
And there's also the idea of your mantra, where you learn to say - as often as you like throughout your day, "I AM..." and follow it with whatever fabulous thing you want to be, "I am amazing!" or "I am confident" or whatever suits you.
I've inserted three particularly informative photos in the video and I'll put them in a comment here too. They really do open your eyes to how the scales have been sabotaging your efforts all along and why you should be happy at the prospect of doing away with them

Often people "fall off the wagon" when they've been doing well because they think a slip means they failed. But the truth is that a slip means what you say it means.
In the same way you've been saying, "Uncomfortable things soon become automatic" you can also tell yourself. . .
"A slip up means I had a glitch and I can easily keep being my I AM mantra" then hold your anchor to let yourself feel good.

1. Guilt and shame (Beating yourself up for failures or slip-ups.)
2. Negativity and discouragement.
3. Using willpower instead of using your anchor.
4. Limiting beliefs about your ability to be permanently free.
5. Identity. Who you say you are.
I've systematically designed this 21-day experience to ensure that you'll completely obliterate all 5 things that used to keep you holding overweight behaviors by the time you finish this program.
Close your eyes and imagine that hand letting go now as those old impulses drop and shatter into a million pieces, leaving you free and empowered.

Releasing Past Trauma and Negative Experiences
Whenever we eat beyond that which is necessary for us to have the nutrition we need to live fit and healthy lives, there is an emotion involved.
Sometimes it’s a straightforward “happiness” emotion.
Often, events from the past can stimulate negative emotions, and even if we don’t consciously remember those events, the unconscious mind can head them off at the pass by suggesting to the conscious mind that eating or snacking or overeating regular meals would be a good way of bringing in the happy emotion.
But what if we could release the negative emotional attachment we have to traumas and negative events from the past?
That would save the unconscious mind from having to trigger the unnecessary eating behaviour in the first place.
